My next job was in the South Brunswick public school district where I taught elementary strings and band, as well as some general music classes. While most beginning students respond well to the Suzuki method, I also incorporate elements of traditional (namely note-reading) and Dalcroze methods (namely movement, improv, and aural skills) in my teaching.
