I am a devoted musician and private lesson instructor in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sharing my love for music with my students is a passion of mine, and I strive to help my students achieve success every day. I find that they provide a good breadth of repertoire suitable for students who are new to their instruments. For more advanced students, I use standard repertoire for their instrument, making sure each piece teaches them to hone a skill while also preparing them for big auditions. For all of my beginning students I use the Suzuki method. I am a very fast paced teacher, and I hold all of my students to high standards. As my students get into more advanced music, I select solo literature that best fits their musical abilities. For my vocal students I select music that is appropriate for them from the very beginning. For my male vocal students, I coach them through the voice change, which is a rewarding experience for me. For students who are already in an instrumental program through school, I will start with whatever method book they are using at school, and branch off from there. Depending on the instrument, I will bring in another method book specific to that instrument book and we will also use some sort of etude book.
