My method is simple. During our first lesson, we dive into any and everything that is important to you regarding music. Once we have a solid foundation of influences / skill level / goals, we can begin outlining a lesson plan together for the duration of your music lessons with me. Our lessons will be conversational - our ideas will bounce off of each other. I will never tell you what to do - I will only tell you what methods will and wont work. I taylor each lesson to the individual students. But usually I give students the opportunity to find what they love and encourage them to explore that, expanding their understanding as they go. No two students are the same and should be taught the same. Some students require strict traditional methods but most need a playground of music to find their calling.
