I have been a music teacher for over 25 years and have taught music at all levels from kindergarten through college both in the United States and abroad in the Caribbean, Japan, and Africa.. For beginning students who are children, I typically start with Alfred's beginner method. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire in line with the students interests, encouraging a love of music of a multitude of different styles and genres.
