I am a dedicated and focused musician who enjoys inspiring my students to pursue their dreams. In 2018, I graduated from the University of Houston with bachelors in Music Education and Percussion Performance. I am currently pursuing a masters degree at the University of Michigan in Percussion Performance. My method for teaching is usually based mainly on repertoire. I use a series of books called the Neil A. KJOS Piano Library. In every lesson we will work on and practice two to four pieces of music from different genres and time periods. For beginner students, we will use elements in the music to learn theory and technique.
