Hello to All: I have been making music my entire life. I have a Passion for bringing people together with the joy of Music. I perform on a variety of Instruments including piano, guitars, woodwinds, and with the voice. I have successfully assisted all ages in private and public lessons and classes. Over 175 students have come my way through the years. Many have stayed with me until they left for college. Other students have come to study and then go on to pick up and master more instruments. Some have graduated in music education, music performance and music therapy. I can't imagine a more rewarding job! Watching music skill develop in each one is my absolute highlight. Singing helps build structure and it helps with discipline as well while being full filling and enjoyable to children. With adults, I do the same with song choices and allow them to select songs that are in their range, as I select songs that will help expand their range, stamina and push them a little without straining. i have students from ages 6 and up. I started teaching four years ago as a freshman in college. I have had a number of students over the years and have developed my own music curriculum. The reason learning an instrument is often so frustrating is because no one takes the time to teach a student the underlying logic of music.
