When we are first getting to know our instruments, it is imperative to play. I don't mean play as in practice scales, but feel our instruments, learn by mistakes. makes noises that we think are fun, and make noises together. we will learn how to play through understanding how notes fit together, what makes a chord, and how to understand where melody differs from rhythm.
