I graduated from SMU's Meadows School of the Arts (Dallas, TX) with degrees in Music Education and Saxophone Performance. As a performer, I have substituted with the Dallas Wind Symphony, performed with MIT's Balinese Gamelan, Gamelan Galak-Tika, and played bansuri (Indian flute) with my husband on tabla at various Indian weddings and venues. I have also studied piano, strings, voice for over 2 decades.
