I'm a multi-instrumentalist and composer with over 15 years of teaching experience. I have been playing and composing for over 20 years. I'm passionate about composition, improvisation, music theory, and microtonal music in particular. I'm also trained in classical, jazz, and contemporary styles, as well as a capable producer and arranger. I am encouraging and patient and believe that clear communication and respect is essential to have fun and learn. Since then, I went on to East Carolina University to major in music but just recently transferred to Western Oregon University to pursue a program closer to what I want to do. As a cellist, I have performed with the Bellevue Youth Symphony, Sammamish Symphony, Waynesboro Symphony, and Washington State University chamber groups.
