I began my studies in 2004 in violin. In 2005 I entered into the Technical High School of Music with a specialty in Viola at the University Institute of Fine Arts (Instituto Universitario de Bellas Artes – IUBA) of the University of Colima, with Professor Oleksander Yanyev (Russia). I studied my Bachelors in Music as “Performer Soloist in Orchestral Instrument Specialty in Viola” at the previously mentioned institution, from the year 2008-2012 with Professor Oleksander (Russia) being awarded all four years with a full scholarship for excellent GPA and Graduating with Honors for being an outstanding student of the generation in the Degree of “Performer Soloist in Orchestral Instrument”. I taught students from youngest age 6 to oldest age 16. I participated in orchestras as a principal violist, and few festivals in England and Germany. While I was participating Edinberg festival In U.K, I had chance to share my music with young musicians and people. I began teaching violin lessons 7 years ago at my local community college. I then began to teach jazz and rock guitar lessons, with a couple electric bass lessons as well. I soon found that I was naturally a great teacher and that it was very fun for me. I continued teaching and developing my own way of assessing a students needs and their unique way of learning. I encourage fundamentals of your instrument: proper technique, knowledge of instrument, fundamental music theory, and creative lessons in which you may choose to learn how write your own music. I have taught violin since the year 2011. My students have primarily been between the ages of 10-16 with the exception of one student being in her 40's. I have taught beginners to advanced beginners, and most of my students have to this point hired me to train for a particular upcoming audition.
