I value my students' enjoyment of our lessons, and I try to incorporate concepts that they will look forward to learning. I am passionate about all aspects of music, including music composition, theory, and history, and I include these important subjects in my instruction. I believe that anyone has the potential to be a talented musician, regardless of age, abilities, or former experience. I move at a very quick pace, but I have my students set their own goals. While I will select the literature for the student, I want them to feel successful when they are working with me. I want students to be confident and successful, so I will do anything in my power to help them learn good technique and practice habits.
