I'm a trumpet player in the Tampa/St Pete area looking to share my experience and love for trumpet with students. I have two degrees, a Bachelor's in Music Performance from Appalachian State University (2021) and a Master's in Music Performance from the University of South Florida (2023). For beginning students who are children, I typically start with Faber collection (Piano basic adventures) or Hal Leonard's Essential Elements. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance.
