This left me available to become a regular substitute and assistant for numerous other classes. I even taught the intermediate theory course for a semester. I've had over nine years of trumpet playing experience, three years of euphonium/baritone experience, and four years of tuba experience. I've taught many students in a formal and informal setting, from one on one sessions to group sessions ranging from two to eight students. I find teaching to be fulfilling and educational for both the student and myself. Since then I performed with Who's Bad: The Ultimate Michael Jackson Tribute Band, and my own hip-hop/soul band The Urban Sophisticates.
