I worked with young and old, from ages 6 till 90, and each lesson is tailored to the student's age and ability. After first lesson I can see what method I can use for that student. For students that are beginners, I start with Bastien Piano Basics at the premier level. I like using these books so I can teach the basic fundamentals from learning the keys, to time signatures, to notes, and etc. I love keeping students interested so that way once they grab the basic fundamentals, they can learn any song that they like. This helps keep them engaged since they keep in mind that they have a goal to learn whatever song they want in the end and seeing how their skill level will progress. Read More
