I have also taught flute master classes and woodwind sectionals to youth ensembles and youth orchestras. For beginning students I make sure we know every warm up exercise and stretching exercises for the fingers after explaining the importance of rehearsing properly. Such as their Hobbies, what kind of music they like, what attracts them to the flute , what kind of future career they are interested in taking and what they hope to achieve from taking lessons.
