I take the student at his/her own pace. I try to be sensitive to the needs of the student not just his/her musical needs but his/her academic needs as my ability to continue working with the student depends upon his/her academic success. I'm a Tarleton State University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. I have the ability to play and teach all brass instruments, with some voice, percussion, and piano instruction. I have completed my student teaching internship at Dublin and Hico ISDs (Elementary, Middle, HS Band) in 2012 and have worked as a music teacher in various charter schools.
