I played bass guitar in high school and university jazz bands, the latter of which performed very well at the UNC Greeley Jazz Festivals in the early 2000s. I was required to learn to play and teach brass instruments, and am proficient at those, as well. I’ve been teaching drums from 7 years. When I was in music school, I started teaching family members and friends the material I was taught because I was so excited about it. This eventually progressed to me using online classified ads and posting flyers around town in hope to get more students. Through this, I discovered how much I love sharing what I know with others.
