Originally being a self-taught musician, I began with piano and harmonica, then eventually branched out to guitar, bass, banjo, among several others. My teaching experience consists of spending a year teaching mostly kids, as well as assisting with an elementary school band. I had also studied with a private instructor myself for about 11 years, so I've learned a lot from him. I also spent some time working with the Stages of Healing program at the Walter Reed Military hospital, this was a program that featured artists of all kinds to do workshops and performances for the patrons of the hospital, it also worked closely with a lot of people involved in music therapy.
