Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. For young students, typically I start with fundamental basics of playing. I introduce these commonly 'dull' aspects by casting an interesting light on them. By facilitating common, rudimentary, aspects of playing, it opens up the avenues for improvisation and creativity. Often I teach out of lesson books, typically Hal Leonard or some other popular publishers.
