I have taught private trumpet lessons for about 4 years in the Dublin/Stephenville area. I feel the best way to approach an instrument like the trumpet is to have steady warmups, technical studies (Clarke, Small, Arbans) with elements like flexibility, tone studies, and calisthenics; and of course, literature. I am very experienced with trumpet literature spanning from beginner to advanced.
