I have been teaching private lessons for the past eight years. I have taught from beginners to college-level lessons. I have found that passion and progress are key factors in younger students. I enjoy combining the classic pieces for each instrument, but also adding in modern music so the students can really enjoy and have the motivation to practice. From 2017 until 2021, I was the Brass Specialist at the British International School of Kuala Lumpur, where I taught group brass lessons, private lessons, directed ensembles, and accompanied students on international music festival tours. The last two years of my teaching there were plagued by pandemic, so I gained a multitude of experience with online teaching as we were in and out of school at various points.
