Together we will create a custom lesson plan including things like scales, etudes, solos, excerpts, and covers. I like to direct students to play scales and etudes with drones that can be found online or from an app. and can offer many more helpful practice techniques. My first experience giving private lessons was at a summer music camp right before my senior year in high school.  I have consistently taught piano and cello students for over 10 years independently and as an affiliate of local music stores.  My goal as a teacher is for each of my students to make gradual progress each week as they become more proficient with their exercises and music.  I hold at least 2 recitals a year which I strongly encourage everyone to take part in. I absolutely love teaching music. I have experience teaching children as young as 6 and adults age 55. I have 20 years of experience playing music. The instruments I have experience playing are violin, viola, cello. I have been teaching for 7 years. I am the owner and Principle Conductor of Ovation Symphony Orchestra.
