For young students, this may look like playing music games and echoing tonal rhythm patterns to help develop a vocabulary. For older voice lesson students, activities based in Music Learning Theory will help build fluency and confidence when learning new solo repertoire. I have been playing guitar for 20 years and have experience playing live and teaching lessons. Music has always been a passion of mine ever since I was young and I feel very lucky that it has been such a big part of my life. I play the electric and acoustic guitar, bass guitar, drums, and piano. Currently, I play guitar in a cover band in New York City. My goal is always to make students self-sufficient. I want students to be able to warm-up, practice and improve on their own. I did not become a great singer until I learned how to workout problems for myself. I also want to see students gain confidence and believe that they can perform in public and accomplish their singing goals.
