I began teaching at the age of 19 and within one year ended up teaching over 70 drummers weekly at four different locations in which I managed 2 of them. I then went on to open my own studio in 2007 to great success. Recently, desiring more musical adventures, I've decided to relocate to Las Vegas in search of more music opportunities in The Music Business. I began teaching professionally in the Bay Area about 30 years ago. I have taught in a variety of settings includings classes, group lessons, in music stores, for school districts, at students' homes and in my own private studio. After receiving my Associates degree in music from Suffolk County Community College I studied at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. I majored in music composition and had a desire to write film music and compose new guitar pieces. I really enjoy teaching , especially children, and watching students grow in confidence and ability.
