Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

I enjoy teaching by example and have my guitar with me in all lessons. I also believe in hands on learning and will ask my students to try to play an exercise or piece that they are unfamiliar with. I also like to limit my number of assignments and new concepts to about 3-5 per lesson because I find that if I share too much information with students they can feel overwhelmed. Read More

There is nothing I love more than sharing what I have learned over the course of my life. Helping someone on their way to mastering a musical instrument is always exciting. I developed a system of designing courses based on the individual music profile of the student. I assess the students capacities in different areas, I design the course based on this assessment and the goals the student wants to reach. Typically each student receives training on three main areas: Technique, Ear Training and Music Theory. It is important for me that the student is motivated and enjoys the lesson since they have to keep loving playing and practicing at home everyday to be able to progress properly. I also use innovative methods to teach all instruments. I encourage my students to select their own repertoire. It is also encourage to perform at least 3 times a year in recitals.
