Hello, I am Aly and I'm available for in-home, in-studio, and online lessons. I have been singing,playing guitar and producing music for over 20 years and teaching music since 2000.I founded Amadeus Rock School - the first Egyptian Rock school in 2011, and my students come from all over the world. I teach all experience levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced. I developed my personal method of teaching where I build the course according to the student needs and what they want to achieve in a specific period of time.My ultimate goal is to help you succeed and enjoy the bless of music as an artist or an amateur. I have completed SAE institute Master classes in Geneva,Switzerland for audio engineering. This is also another area where I teach intensively,my courses cover audio engineering principles and using Pro tools recording software. Lessons are scheduled to best fit to the student's schedule when possible.
I have been singing, performing ,teaching and producing music for over 20 years. I have been teaching for more than 12 years now, all ages, and all levels of musicianship. I started as a guitar teacher in 2004 in my home studio, acoustic and electric.4 years later I started giving voice lessons and attended audio engineering master classes in Switzerland.In 2011 I established my media production studio and started teaching Audio engineering as well. I currently am a music teach and music coach in Los Angeles area.
I developed a system of designing courses based on the individual music profile of the student. I assess the students capacities in different areas, I design the course based on this assessment and the goals the student wants to reach. Typically each student receives training on three main areas: Technique, Ear Training and Music Theory. In each area I use ton of resources to have students learn ,absorb and apply key concepts about rhythm, melody, harmony, tone color and form. In each learning milestone students are encouraged to create music or improvise to apply the concepts and receive a critique to evolve their creativity. Students performance is recorded regularly to assess progress.
Motivation is a key enabler of the learning process in my classes. I take great care to what motivates my students and make sure we celebrate the accomplishments that push them further. I make sure that students are also enjoying the learning process and are having FUN! I encourage students to try new things and have the experimental mindset that leads to success.I make sure that their passion is preserved and that they are productive and progressing in a smooth way.I take every chance to showcase my students work and achievements.
