I am able to teach with a method book, and also without one. I have found success with the Hal Leonard method books and the William Leavitt books. I also enjoy going outside of the method books, writing out lessons by hand, and teaching the student songs and techniques they wish to learn. My teaching experience dates back to my early 20s where I began teaching private guitar lessons part time while completing my college degree. This is something I'm extremely passionate about as an adult and would love to continue this journey.
