When I start with beginner students I don't go to their books right away. I like to sit with my students and have them learn about the parts of the instrument as well as getting to know their instrument. I'm a passionate teacher who loves working with students of all ages and sharing my love for music. I teach general music at an elementary school, but I love teaching private instrumental lessons outside of my primary teaching job.
