I began by tutoring my fellow students during college. Little by little, I realized that I was becoming more passionate about seeing the students progress and achieve the goals they set for themselves. There is almost no greater feeling than accomplishing a goal, and even though I always acknowledge and encourage students on their accomplishments, I believe there's always another step to take, another skill to master.
