For beginning students who are children, I generally start with Faber Fabers Piano Adventures series. When the student has developed a grasp of the fundamentals I will begin to introduce solo repertoire that will build upon that fundamental knowledge and engage them in the joy of performance. For adults, I engage the students interest in music and find repertoire and exercises that reflect their goals and desires.
