My method of teaching involves researching a wide range of resources in order to find what is best for the student at the current stage in his or her development.  Using my own knowledge, I am able to effectively adapt and improve these resources so as to be accessible to the student.  For bass students, I might use Hal Leonard's Bass Method, book one.  For young beginning guitar students, I recommend The Beginning Guitarist's Book by Tom Hess. I'm a Strings Teacher full time and enjoy teaching private lessons on the side as a part-time business. I enjoy teaching all ages and have been teaching for over 10 years! I grew up performing in New York and moved down to Nashville TN in 2007. I graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in May of 2012 and currently work as a full-time Strings Teacher.
