For all of my beginning students I use the Suzuki method. I am a very fast paced teacher, and I hold all of my students to high standards. I am a passionate and devoted teacher who believes in the power of music education, no matter the age, level, or distance! I believe in creating and giving extra time for students who are eager and ambitious learners, as I want my students to succeed as well as get as much out of their lessons as possible. I am a supportive teacher who cares about her students, and I enjoy coming up with new ideas and ways in order to get my students to improve on the material to which they are learning. Read More

However, my lessons are not solely based on my preference, as I identify individual strengths and weaknesses and target those in the sessions. Ability level also has a big role in planning the direction of the lesson, as I do not use Suzuki for advanced students. Read More

I have been teaching violin since 1991, the year I graduate with my Bacholar's degree in Music History. I have taught in studios as well as student's homes. Read More
