As I teach a wide variety of instruments, I can only give a short explanation on each instruments road map, However! My classical strings students will all be started in the Essential Elements book 1. Upon completion of said book, all strings students will then move to the Suzuki books to step from beginner to intermediate strings player. I teach both the Classical and Suzuki methods. I have students of all ages so it varies which student is learning which method. The best for children is the Suzuki method that is widely used in the USA. Classical methods can be used when I teach young adults and adults. I have been teaching for about 10 years now, both privately and in various music lesson stores throughout the Tampa Bay area. I have taught students ranging from 5 to 60 years of age. My students have been accepted into Blake Performing Arts High School, All County Orchestras, Tampa Bay Youth Orchestras, Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestras, and even Florida's All State Orchestras.
