My name is Amos, and I've performed and taught all over the world. I'm excited to share my love of music with a variety of students.  I've performed in orchestras like the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Philharmonic Orchestra of the Americas, performed recitals on three continents, and even spent some time teaching in South America. I have taught beginners of all ages as well as more advanced students, and have led group classes. I bring all my love for music to the lesson, and practice empathy and kindness with my students. I am a graduate of National Kiev Conservatory of Music with Master Degree in both Violin Performance and Music Education. After graduation from conservatory I worked full time in the State Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine for 10 years and then another 8 years in national Kiev Opera and Ballet Theater. During my tenure in the Opera Symphony orchestra I was invited to participate in multiple world tour to Germany, Italy ,France ,Portugal, Spain, South Korea and South America. Read More

I am a patient teacher and encourge students to work at their own pace. If we need to spend more time on a certain concept or technique than one lesson allows, we will. I want to make sure that they understand throroughly before moving on to the next concept. As a music education major I spent a lot of time learning pedagogy, assessment, and evaluation. I've written dozens of lesson plans including those for students with special needs. Unfortunately my time as a teacher has been rather limited which is something I'm working on changing. I had one student who I was able to work with during my last year of college.
