My method of teaching begins with establishing a students learning strengths (auditory, visual, kin-aesthetic, etc.). From there I can more thoroughly formulate and personalize each lesson for success. With students who are just starting out on Trumpet or in their early stages, I emphasize a large focus on establishing a strong foundation with fundamentals. I want to make sure that the student grows in ability and passion for their instrument while progressing at their own pace and making sure that they grow and have realistic goals for where they are at that time of the lesson.
