I have had plenty of experience teaching both privately and in a classroom setting. If I see that are above average, I will switch them to the Modern Course for Piano by John Thompson. Along with these method books, I introduce solo music from classical to modern music. My teaching experience has been a part of my life for over 12 years starting with my leadership in my high school band specifically with brass instruments. I continued to pursue music education in college where I developed varied techniques and approaches to a variety of instruments through my time spent with some great teachers that identified my challenges and helped me to overcome them.
