My methods are tailored to the individual student. I focus on proper breathing, posture, and instrument placement in the early part of my lessons. Then, I focus on scales and harmonies. The majority of my lessons consist of Technical Exercises, and I choose pieces/songs based on the students natural inclinations. In college I learned more and more about classical saxophone, and it became my dream to make that my living. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music from Florida State University, then continued my education locally at Florida International University to earn my Master of Music degree in Saxophone Performance.
