Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

As a result I was named the UTM Community Music Academy's 2016 Teacher of the Year. While in Las Vegas I taught not only high school and middle school students but was the teacher for UNLV's non music major saxophonists as well. In 2017 I was one of the judges for the Clark County (Nevada) Honor Bands. Before I sit down to teach a student for their first lesson, I try and plan on what they aspire to learn either through a classical or jazz path and move to get into the details of everything. I am a passionate music educator who loves working with instrumental students of all ages. In 2015, I graduated from Carson-Newman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Instrumental and Vocal Music Education. During my time there, I participated in many ensembles and was awarded with several honors for my saxophone performance abilities. During this time, I also studied the oboe as my secondary instrument. My Teaching dates back to my 11th grade year in high school. I've kept a consistent basis teaching children and performing master classes at local school like North Side High School in Columbus Georgia. My teaching career continues in schools from Powder Springs to Chattanooga. I had the pleasure of growing up with a Music Educator father who pushed me to stay consistent in the persuit of my goals.
