I am a 21 year old musical performer, educator, and composer residing in New Smyrna Beach. I started playing the Flute when I was 11 and the Saxophone when I was 12. After only a few months of playing both instruments I knew I wanted to study and teach music for a living, so in high school I got involved in multiple music competitions, out-of-school performances, and other extracurriculars. I play a wide range of genres. During my years at Mercer, I regularly performed jazz, R&B, and Gospel music throughout the state of Georgia. In the winter of 2015, I even performed with The Temptations. During my four years there, I also performed several sub-genres of Classical Music from Sonatas and avant garde to even transcriptions of Bach Cello Suites.
