My teaching style is a little different. I'm used to very traditional training and the things I've learned from college has inspired me to take a different approach. My main goal is to get to know the student, become familiar with their interests and what they would like to accomplish during our lessons. Learning music entails much more than just playing a song. I am sure to incorporate theory, ear training, history, technique, and performance skills into the learning process. The goal is to teach the student to be a well-rounded musician and develop all of the skills needed to understand and fully enjoy the entire musical experience.
