I enjoy teaching all ages from the very beginning student to the more advanced students and can adapt my teaching methods accordingly. I feel each student learns differently and that we are all individuals with different personalities and learning styles. Or even before begiining Band, if I find a student who is very well at reading Music, I will not hesitate to recommend that student for Band; sometimes as early as Grade 3. My students are always rewarded for their efforts. I will spend an amount of my budget for rewards of all sorts; sometime during the school year, and always at the end of the School Year. My parents are always pleased, in that I encourage all who want to participate as well. Read More
