I am a lifetime musician, dedicated to the authentic exploration of the creative self. I sing, write/compose, produce, play saxophone, piano, guitar, bass guitar, and drums. I implement sound technique(s) through an avenue that best suits the student. Not everyone wants to be a concert pianist, or even a performing musician, so our lessons would be tailored to your exact wants and needs. Read More

I've always enjoyed watching the "lights turn on" as someone gets a new idea or concept and the doors open for them creatively. Read More

I would describe my teaching style as easy-going and fun. I know that there's a broad spectrum of styles that can apply to the way a student learns, but I find that getting to know the student first is key. Once I know the student's interests, we can start to learn how to play right away, and it's much more fun when they can learn a song that is familiar. Read More
