Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

For beginning piano students who are children, I usually start with the Schaum piano series and will supplement with different pieces or books as the student progresses. I will discuss with the student what type of music they prefer to work on and take this into consideration, as well as any music the student brings in that they would like to work on. The approach is slightly different for adults, according to musical experience and preferences. Read More

In this way, Studio learners become their own master of learning, and become confident, open, deliberate listeners and performers. Instinctive rhythm development is elicited throughout the teaching repertoire by using the child's own walking rhythm and rhythmic games, serving to allow for better self-management in learning new material (e.g., patience), and mastering the learned music over time (e.g., persistence). For younger students, I begin lessons on basic elements of music, usually a method book that both teaches theory, ear training, and sight-reading. I introduce solo repertoire as soon as possible whether for a recital or for preparation for other solos. Typically I want to know what style the student is interested in and learn where they are lacking in skillset; moving forward accordingly. My only criteria for students is that they come ready to learn with an open mind, willing to try new things, explore and seek out excellence. Read More

In the past 6 years I have been teaching groups and privately voice lessons and music theory (topics such as ear traning, solfege, harmony and improvisation). I have experience teaching all levels and ages around Israel, Dublin and the USA - teaching in Hebrew and/or English. I motivate and encourage my students to work and practice as a fun aspect - to let help them develop themselves both musically, physically and also spiritually. Read More
