With consistent practice and lessons I’ve had success with having some of my youngest students start with Mozarts twinkle little star and in 2-3 years play at a very high level with skill, artistry and reading abilities in Suzuki books 4/5 Vivaldi Concertos. Students start off with a box violin to focus on posture and ear training right away. I have been a member of marching and concert bands since middle school and have attended many honor band and orchestra festivals as well as workshops where I have worked with many world renowned composers and educators. The opportunities provided to me through my school ensembles has filled me with a wealth of musical knowledge and teaching tools to help students achieve their dreams. My longterm goal is to get my Doctorate of Musical Arts with a minor in music theory and teach at the collegiate level. Read More

I am extremely passionate about music and playing my instrument. I received my BA in Viola Performance in 2018 and have been an incredibly active performer and teacher since then. In 2019 I had the pleasure of playing in three different orchestras in Europe and also performed in an intensive summer music festival in Prague, playing in such venues as the Estates Theater and the Rudolfinum, home of the Czech Philharmonic.
