When I was in high school, I was the trumpet section leader for three years, which entailed lots of teaching in terms of marching. I also started giving music lessons to other students, starting with my friends. Giving music lessons spread from there. Currently, I hold positions as principal trumpet with the state philharmonic orchestra of Sonora, Mexico; second trumpet with the Sierra Vista Symphony; third trumpet with the Tucson Pops Orchestra, substitute/extra with the Phoenix Symphony and Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
