I graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers New Brunswick in January of 2018 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education. I use the method created by Adolf Herseth (Principle trumpeter in the Chicago Symphony for 50 years). I learned this method from William Fielder at Rutgers. This concept is based on using air as the primary energy source for producing sound. We will work on strengthening the breathing apparatus to be able to produce a pure clear tone that is without distortion. I began teaching private lessons as a high school student. I was the section leader in marching band and would often work one-on-one with trumpet players in my section. I began teaching in-home lessons during my first four years of undergrad. After earning my music education degree, I began teaching privately at the Adam's Music Conservatory in Maple Shade, New Jersey.
