This is a really fun way for the piano students to grasp the fundamentals and learn how to independently move each finger at different times. As the student progresses, I try to find out what kind of style they enjoy playing and advise which books to purchase next. For beginning students who are children, I typically start with Faber Piano Adventures. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire. For adults, I start with the Faber Adult Series as well as find out what the student is interested in, and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level. I'm a passionate and motivated teacher who loves working with students and sharing my love of music. In 2017, I graduated from UTSA with a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance. I worked closely with Opera San Antonio for several years. Then, in 2024 I graduated from UMKC with a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance.
