My teaching experience began while helping at the New Orleans String Project when my sisters were learning Viola. In my off time, I would assist the teachers. Later I began giving lessons through some members fo the Greater New Orleans Youth Orchestra to which I have played and excelled through all of the group's sinfonia, Philharmonia, and Symphony. I am retired professor of guitar and harmony, and an accomplished and award winning classical guitarist, who studied under Jose Luis Rodrigo, Jose Tomas and Oscar Giglia and Jose Luis Gonzalez, direct students of Andres Segovia I am now a private tutor in classical, jazz, blues and acoustic guitar. I also teach harmony and transcription. I also transcribe music for musicians for who do not read or write music.
