My teaching experience began while helping at the New Orleans String Project when my sisters were learning Viola. In my off time, I would assist the teachers. Later I began giving lessons through some members fo the Greater New Orleans Youth Orchestra to which I have played and excelled through all of the group's sinfonia, Philharmonia, and Symphony. For those who are just starting on an instrument, I usually focus on basic technique. Bass and guitar are both physical instruments in their own way, and getting acclimated to the feel of it is key to having success on it. For bass, I typically teach out of the Suzuki book series, while as for guitar, I use the Hal Leonard's Essential Elements, however, I am happy to teach whatever method a student or their parents feel strongly about. I’ve performed solo and ensemble recitals in several states across the US. I’ve also studied personally with Celino and Lito Romero members of the elite classical guitar quartet “The Romeros”. I’ve performed masterclasses for The Romeros as well as other massive names in the Classical Guitar world such as: Martha Masters, Matthew Denman & Matt Palmer.
