I started playing back in 1994. Playing with local musicians and bands. I quickly jumped to perform on TV and finally, I enrolled in College. In 2001 I started to teach music in Public schools where I learned my guitar skills and polish my arrangements skills as well. With all beginning students, I typically start with very minimal basics. Proper stretches, warm-up techniques (reudiments to help strengthen their dynamics), correct posture and the over all comfort of beginning. Once the student has progressed and understands the fundamentals, next would be reading music and counting time. I began taking private lessons shortly after I joined the band program in middle school. I continued to take lessons all throughout high school and college. Shortly after graduating high school I was offered the position of drum instructor. During college I taught for several years as the drum instructor at Winter Haven High School.
