In 2011, I graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. Percussion was my main instrument. As early as I can I want them to be able to play simple melodies of songs that they recognize so they can see that they can do this and it will just get more fun along the way! Through ear training, creativity, and learning "how" music works, the goal is to get each student to not need a teacher to learn their instrument, but want a teacher so they may become their best version of it.
