Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

I have been passionate about music since the tender age of five. I took years of private lessons from various instructors, and progressed at a rapid rate. By the age of thirteen, I was invited to perform a Carnegie Hall. With my love of music, I started to expand my tool belt as a multi instrumentalist. I typically use the Applebaum String Builder method books, and supplement with solo pieces as needed. I encourage regular practice, as students who feel they are progressing and doing well tend to enjoy their instrument more. As they become more advanced, they are encouraged to start giving opinions on what they want to learn. It was my 4th grade dream to play Carnegie Hall, so I practiced practiced practiced and finally got my shoot as a senior in high school. After focusing on such a singular goal, I began to see what this amazing instrument can do. I am currently working on making the world's first ever six string glass electric cello,as seen in my profile picture. For orchestra students I usually use Essential Elements to begin for the first two to three years. I also use the Suzuki method and books for studying above what they are learning in the classroom. For voice and orchestra students I also find out what they are most interested in and what styles they want to learn and incorporate that into my lessons as well.
